Cook with Chef Brian Polcyn in the Five Lakes Grill Kitchen. Chef Brian, nationally known culinary educator and creator of some of Michigan's most memorable restaurants (Pike Street Restaurant, Chimayo, Acadia), invites you to his "Cook, Wine & Dine" at Five Lakes Grill. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with Chef Brian and a small group of fellow food enthusiasts to create culinary masterpieces - and then enjoy them with fine complementary wine.

All classes include demonstrations by Chef Brian and his assistants in the Five Lakes Grill's professional kitchen. They'll entertain, educate and enthrall you as you learn insider culinary skills that will make all the difference in your home cooking.
Secret "Tricks of the Trade"
From the proper way to hold a knife to quick food prep techniques, Chef Brian will share simple ways to make cooking even more joyful - and to put better food on your table.
Recipes for Success
At each class, you'll receive copies of proprietary, time-tested recipes that Chef Brian developed for his restaurants over many years. He has adapted all of the recipes for home use and has carefully tested them to your success. These recipes are not available anywhere else.
Dine at the Chef's Table
The highlight of your culinary experience will be an extraordinary sampling lunch celebrating the food you prepared in class that morning. You'll also learn the secrets of selecting the appropriate wine with each dish - and, of course, you'll eat, drink and be merry.

All classes meet 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturdays.
Class fee is $125 and includes all supplies, cookbook recipes, the gourmet tasting lunch and a selection of fine wines.
Class size is limited to 18 participants, so register early.
