Once a month, we offer unique, themed gourmet dinners. Chef/proprietor Brian Polcyn and his award-winning staff research, plan and prepare each five-course banquet. Then General Manager Stephen Skolnik painstakingly pairs beautiful wines to each course.
Chef Brian and Stephen offer their guests brief commentaries on the theme, food and wine as our accomplished waitstaff serves your food. When you leave, you'll take home one of the evening's recipes, adapted for your home kitchen.
